EE600 Differential Pressure Sensor

Multi-range, user-configurable, and adjustable pressure ranges, 0 to 4″ WC and 0″ to 40″ WC, with ± 0.5 % accuracy of the full scale. Selectable voltage and current outputs.

Description

Key Features

  • Multi-Range measurement, selectable via a dip-switch inside enclosure:
    • Range I: 0…250 / 500 / 750 / 1000 Pa (0…1 / 2 / 3 / 4 inch WC)
    • Range II: 0…2500 / 5000 / 7050 / 10000 Pa  (0…10 / 20 / 30 / 40 inch WC)
  • Fully configurable outputs via jumpers (5 Vdc, 10 Vdc [3-wire], 4-20 mA and 0-20 mA [2-wire])
  • Large graphic display (optional)
  • Installation-friendly enclosure
  • The piezo-resistive pressure sensing element ensures highly accurate and long-term stable measurements.
  • The innovative IP65 / NEMA 4 enclosure facilitates mounting and minimizes installation costs.

Applications

The EE600 is dedicated for the measurement in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC):

  • Differential air pressure monitoring in ducts, compressors etc
  • Air filter monitoring
  • Clean room differential pressure monitoring
  • Additionally, it can be employed for all non-flammable and non-aggressive gases

The EE600 Differential Pressure Sensor is a multi-range device with two full scale ranges available at the time of order placement:

  • HV52 Range:  1,000 Pa (4 inch WC) or
  • Hv53 Range:  10,000 Pa (40 inch WC)

For each of those two ranges, four measuring ranges can be selected via DIP-switches inside the sensor enclosure located on the electronics board:

  • For the HV52 Range:  0...250 / 500 / 750 / 1000 Pa (0...1 / 2 / 3 / 4 inch WC)
  • For the HV53 Range:  0...2500 / 5000 / 7050 / 10000 Pa  (0...10 / 20 / 30 / 40 inch WC)

This makes the EE600 particularly versatile, allowing you to change the range easily before installation.

The output signal and the response time can also be set directly on the board (inside the sensor enclosure). With push buttons, the user can easily perform a zero and span point adjustment.
