Description

EE610 Low Differential Pressure Sensor

The EE610 is a low differential air pressure sensor, designed primarily for use in applications where highly accurate, low pressure differential measurements are required, such as in medical, pharmaceutical and clean rooms. It can be employed in air or in non-flammable and non-aggressive gases.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Range measurement, selectable via a dip-switch inside enclosure:
    • Range I: ± 25 / ± 50 / ± 100 Pa (± 0.1 / ± 0.2 / ± 0.4 inch WC)
    • Range II: 0…100 Pa (0…0.4 inch WC)
  • Fully configurable outputs via jumpers (5 Vdc, 10 Vdc, 4-20 mA and 0-20 mA [3-wire])
  • Large graphic display (optional)
  • Installation-friendly enclosure
  • The piezo-resistive pressure sensing element ensures highly accurate and long-term stable measurements.
  • The innovative IP65 / NEMA 4 enclosure facilitates mounting and minimizes installation costs.

EE610 Low Differential Pressure Sensor

    Pressure Range and Accuracy:

    • Selectable measuring ranges of ± 25 / ± 50 / ± 100 Pa and 0...100 Pa.
    • Accuracy:  ± 0.5 Pa accuracy over the entire measurement range.
    • Great long-term stablity:  The piezo-resistive no-flow-through pressure sensing element excludes the risk of cross-contamination.

    Analog and Digital Output
The measured data is available on the analog voltage and current outputs or on the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol.

    Functional and Robust
The IP65 / NEMA 4 enclosure facilitates easy mounting and minimizes installation costs. External mounting holes allow installation with closed cover.

    Configurable and Adjustable
The setup and adjustment can be easily performed with DIP-switches and push buttons on the electronics board (EE610 with analogue outputs) or with an optional adapter and the free EE-PCS configuration software (EE610 with RS485 interface). The setup includes bidirectional or unidirectional pressure range, output signal, response time, display units and backlight. A zero and span point adjustment can be easily performed with push buttons on the electronics board.
