Delta, BC, January 17, 2022 – ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. (“AirTest” or the ‘Company’) (TSXV:AAT, OTC AATGF) announces a change in top management. President George Graham advises: “After founding AirTest 26 years ago and working as President of the company since that time, I have reached the age where I think its time to step aside. We have developed some new products over the past 3 years which we expect will move AirTest into a different dimension of company. There is a great deal of interest in the Company’s capability to save considerable energy in commercial buildings having variable occupancy, as well as our more recently developed ability to help manage air quality in smaller spaces such as school classrooms, retail stores, and smaller sized offices.”
“I am resigning as President and will carry on as a Management Consultant and Board Chairman until we are able to recruit a new President and provide him with sufficient support to enable him to take control of the various responsibilities of the presidential role. I am very appreciative of the support I have received from my employees, our key suppliers, and major customers over the years.”
Ted Konyi, CEO, commented “the Board wishes to thank George for his years of service and perseverance. We welcome his assistance during this transitional phase and with his ongoing relationships with key customers. Under his guidance the company has developed the new IAQEye™. After enduring several supply chain issues, this revolutionary product is now in inventory with several initial pilot projects planned. We anticipate signing some launch customers in school systems and multi-site retailers very shortly. This is an exciting time for the Company and our focus is now on rapidly increasing sales and marketing efforts.”
